Refund & Cancellation Policy

Three-message trial

CringleAI currently provides three free AI messages before payment is required. No card is needed for the trial, so it does not automatically become a paid subscription.

Recurring subscription

CringleAI Pro costs $9.99 per month unless a different price is clearly shown at checkout. The subscription renews automatically each month using the payment method provided to Stripe until it is cancelled.

How to cancel

You may cancel at any time through the secure Stripe billing portal available from the CringleAI pricing area after signing in with an active subscription. If you cannot access the portal, email cringleai@gmail.com from the address associated with the purchase.

Unless the portal clearly states otherwise, cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period. Access continues through that period, and no further monthly charge should occur after cancellation takes effect.

Refund eligibility

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, including for unused time, forgetting to cancel, or limited use of the service. This does not affect rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

CringleAI will review requests involving duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, or a service failure that materially prevented paid use. Contact cringleai@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and include the purchase email, charge date, and a description of the issue. Do not send complete card numbers.

Approved refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank and card-network processing times vary. Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions; a refund request does not automatically cancel future renewal unless cancellation is also completed.

Please contact CringleAI first so billing issues can be investigated quickly. Nothing in this policy limits your rights with your card issuer or under applicable consumer law. Billing questions should be sent to cringleai@gmail.com.
