Agreement and eligibility

By accessing or using CringleAI, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms for you.

What CringleAI provides

CringleAI provides educational material, prompt-building tools, planning support, search-assisted research, and AI-generated responses. Features may change as the product develops. CringleAI does not promise that every feature will always be available or error-free.

AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. It is provided for general information and learning—not as professional medical, legal, financial, employment, or security advice. Verify important information and use qualified professionals for consequential decisions.

Free trial and paid membership

New visitors may receive three free AI messages without a payment card. CringleAI Pro currently costs $9.99 per month and renews automatically until cancelled. Price and included features are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payments; CringleAI does not receive or store complete card numbers.

You authorize recurring charges when you subscribe. Taxes may apply. Cancellation and refund details are governed by the separate Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use CringleAI to break the law, harm others, invade privacy, deceive or impersonate, distribute malware, compromise systems without authorization, bypass access limits, interfere with the service, scrape it at scale, or attempt to obtain confidential system instructions, credentials, or source code.

You are responsible for the information you submit and for having the right to use it. Never submit passwords, API keys, regulated records, or confidential information you are not authorized to share.

Ownership

CringleAI, its original software, design, branding, logo, written lessons, product concepts, and other original materials are owned by Chris Cringle or the applicable rights holder and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant CringleAI the limited permission needed to process that content and return the requested result. AI-generated output may not be unique, and similar output may be generated for others.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, payment systems, intellectual property, or legal compliance. You may stop using the service at any time. Subscription cancellation does not erase obligations that arose before cancellation.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. CringleAI disclaims warranties that cannot reasonably be made for an evolving AI service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CringleAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes and contact

These Terms may be updated as CringleAI evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new “last updated” date and, when appropriate, an additional notice. Questions may be sent to cringleai@gmail.com.
